**Once FINAL quote is approved you will automatically receive a link for deposit for 1/2 down. Please note this is required PRIOR to ordering and production unless otherwise notified. If paying with a credit card there is a 2.9% nonrefundable surcharge fee or 1% for ACH transfer. Please notify us prior to payment if paying with ACH bank transfer, cash or check as well as if you are sales tax exempt and corresponding fees will be revised. Customer-Supplied Items Disclaimer While we take great care when printing or embroidering items provided by customers, 937ink is not responsible for damage, misprints, color variations, or errors on customer-supplied garments or items. Because these items were not purchased through 937ink, we cannot guarantee print results, fabric compatibility, or replacement availability. By providing your own garments, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • If a printing or embroidery error occurs, 937ink is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing the cost of the item. • We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue if possible, but replacement of the item itself is not guaranteed. • Ink colors and placement will match approved mockups as closely as possible, but exact color matching on supplied garments cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

All custom orders are final. Exchanges or refunds are only provided if manufacturing error.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
