Production & Turnaround
Orders are not placed into production until the online store closes. Once the store closes, please allow approximately 2 weeks for production. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

Sizing & Custom Orders
Size charts are available on www.937INK.com. If you cannot find a size chart for a specific item, please contact webstores@937ink.com before placing your order. Because all items are custom-made, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review your item selections and sizes carefully before submitting your order.

Out-of-Stock Items
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable or go out of stock. If this occurs, you will automatically receive a refund for that item. Due to the volume of orders we process and the time-sensitive nature of production, we are unable to contact customers individually regarding substitutions.
